In our case, the choice of that period was to outsource the management of our administrative building Suglio, since we don' t have at our disposal adequate resources capable of guaranteeing its operation according to the needs derived from the affirmation done previously. Tech-Management has demonstrated to be a serious and reliable partner, always ready to manage the changes in a professional way, punctual and precise. All the technical as well as administrative services delivered have always been managed respecting fully the terms agreed upon and with highly qualified personnel.

...in view of the constant monitoring of our costs, the bank has already, several times in the past, faced the topic of outsourcing... The new analysis conducted between the end of 2003 and the first few months of 2004 allowed us to identify new interesting prospective in the collaboration with Tech-Management. We could in fact count on a positive impact on costs and moreover assure us a qualitative contribution in the management as well as at the level of conceptual and project design aspect. From the 1st of January 2005, Tech-Management thus has become our partner for the management of our properties in the entire Ticinese territory: a task that is as of this time based solely on the management of our sanitary installations and thermoclimatic plants, with the exception of building Mizar where Tech-Management covers all the facility management.
